Hepatitis C Virus-Infektion und Lichen planus

Zusammenfassung

Das Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), ein (+)-strängiges RNA-Virus, ist der häufigste Erreger der sogenannten Non-A-, Non-B-Hepatitis. Aufgrund von Sequenzvergleichen können heute weltweit mindestens 6 HCV-Genotypen (Typ 1–6) unterschieden werden, die Nukleotidsequenzunterschiede von über 30% in den Hüllproteinen aufweisen [11,15].
