Abstract
Still sometimes known as “benign chondroblastoma”, this is a relatively rare bony tumour (less than 1% of bony tumours according to Dahlin 1973), probably of cartilaginous origin. Though classically benign, several cases of pulmonary metastases have been reported. Location in the hand is exceptional.
