Zusammenfassung
Bei 67 Patienten mit einer hämorrhagischen Diathese kann aufgrund der gerinnungs-analytischen Befunde ein von Willebrand-Jürgens-Syndrom (v WJS) diagnostiziert warden. Nach der European Thrombosis Research Organization ist eine Klassifizierung der Patienten mit v WJS in die Typen I bis IV möglich; 46% der von uns untersuchten Patienten mit v WJS sind vom Typ I, 30% vom Typ II, 10% vom Typ III und 14% vom Typ IV.
