Abstract

LAST et al. (1984b) wiesen nach, daß die Fruchtkörperproduktion bei Mykorrhizapilzen nicht nur von Bodeneigenschaften äbhängt, sondern auch vom Genotyp des Wirtsbaumes. An verschiedenen Birkenklonen bildeten Laccaria and Hebeloma unterschiedliche Anzahlen von Fruchtkörpern. Nach CASTELLANO and TRAPPE (1985) wird bei der Douglasie die Intensitdt der Mykorrhizabildung neben Bodeneigenschaften such von der Herkunft des Saatgutes beeinflußt. MITCHELL et al. (1984) zeigten, daß mit einzelnen Isolaten der Mykorrhizapilze Pisolithus tinctorius and Suillus granulatus unterschiedliche Nährstoffgehalte der Blätter von Eichen einhergehen, and betonen die Notwendigkeit, die pilzlichen Öko-typen auf ihre Effektivität bei der Nährsalzaufnahme zu testen, bevor sie zur Förderung des Wachstums von Sdmlingen eingesetzt werden. Bei Paxillus involutus konnte FRIES (1985) drei intersterile Gruppen nachweisen, die jeweils eine bestimmte Präferenz für Wirtsbäume zeigen.
