Zusammenfassung

Facettenblockaden werden als erfolgreiches Verfahren bei sonst therapieresistenten Rückenschmerzen beschrieben. Trotz guter Übereinstimmung von Schmerz Stimulation und nachfolgender Blockade sind die Langzeitergebnisse begrenzt, so daß der Stellenwert des Verfahrens künftig noch bestimmt werden muß.
