Zusammenfassung
Ziel spezieller Maßnahmen der Intensivbehandlung des schädel-hirn-traumatisierten Patienten ist es vornehmlich, den Primärschaden zu begrenzen und Sekundärschäden zu vermeiden (Hypoxie, Hypotension, intrakranialer Druckanstieg, Herniation, Gefäß-abklemmung) bzw. zu beseitigen [11], einen adäquaten mittleren arteriellen Blutdruck und damit einen ausreichenden zerebralen Perfusionsdruck aufrecht zu erhalten.
