Im folgenden soll der aktuelle Stand der Sonographie der Gallenblase dargestellt werden, wobei versucht wird, das weite Thema auf die Diagnose und Differentialdiagnose der diffusen und umschriebenen Gallenblasenwandveränderungen zu reduzieren.
