Zusammenfassung
Nach Operationen differenzierter Schilddrüsentumore wird routinemäßig eine TSH-Suppression durchgeführt, um das Rezidivrisiko zu vermindern. Grundlage dieser Therapie ist die Auffassung, daß TSH das Schilddrüsenwachstum stimuliert (1).
