Zusammenfassung
Zur Beurteilung der bei der klinischen Anwendung auftretenden Probleme nach Dünndarmtransplantationen sind Untersuchungen der Immunreaktion im präklinischen Modell des orthotopen allogenen Dünndarmersatzes notwendig. Im Hinblick auf die Transplantation im non-MHC- und MHC- + non-MHC-differenten Spender-Empfänger-System ergeben sich folgende Fragen:

Gibt es unterschiedliche Abstoßungsmuster in non-MHC- und MHC- + non-MHC-differenten Spender-Empfänger-Kombinationen?

2.
Wie lassen sich die Abstoßungsmuster in diesen Kombinationen durch eine CSA-Behandlung beeinflussen?

3.
Kann durch eine temporäre Immunsuppression durch CSA ein langfristiges Transplantatüberleben erzielt werden?
