Abstract

The input model and the input classes as described in Chapter III.8 also apply for GKS-3D. The input classes PICK, CHOICE, VALUATOR and TEXT handle non-geometric data and, therefore, are not affected by dimensionality. Only the INITIALISE functions adopt a geometric parameter, echo area, which is extended to a 3D echo volume in the respective INITIALISE 3 functions.
