Zusammenfassung

Per definition verstehen wir unter Harninkontinenz einen Zustand, in dem ungewollter Harnverlust ein soziales oder hygienisches Problem darstellt und objektiv nachgewiesen werden kann. Klinisch teilen wir die Harninkontinenz ein in

  1. 1.

    Streßinkontinenz: bei dieser wird unfreiwilliger Harnverlust durch die Harnröhre sofort bei intraabdominalem Druckanstieg wahrgenommen.

  2. 2.

    Dranginkontinenz: ungewollter Harnverlust verbunden mit einem starken Harndrang, der nicht unterdrückt werden kann.

  3. 3.

    Reflexinkontinenz: unwillkürlicher Harnverlust durch abnormale Reflextätigkeit bei Spinalläsionen.

  4. 4.

    ÜberlaufInkontinenz: unwillkürlicher Harnverlust bei intravesikalem Druckanstieg bei gleichzeitiger hoher Restharnbildung, aber fehlender Detrusorkontraktion.
