Entzündliche Darmerkrankungen: Aktueller Stand der chirurgischen Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Die klinische Inzidenz der entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen Colitis ulcerosa, Morbus Crohn und Divertikulitis ist von derjenigen der Tumoren im vergleichbaren Darmabschnitt deutlich verschieden. Im Berichtszeitraum von 1973 bis 1984 wurden 1940 Patienten wegen Karzinomen gegenüber 270 Patienten mit entzündlichen Erkrankungen behandelt (Tabelle 1). Mit Ausnahme der Eingriffe wegen Colitis ulcerosa stiegen in allen Patientengruppen die Behandlungszahlen in den letzten 5 Jahren an (Abb. 1).
