Epibulbäres Melanom am letzten Auge

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 40-jährigen Mann, dem in der Kindheit das linke Auge wegen eines Pseudoglioms entfernt worden war, entstand ein kleiner limbusnaher Pigmentfleck in der Bindehaut des rechten Auges. Er wurde operativ entfernt, die histologische Diagnose lautete „benigne erworbene Melanose“. Es kam zu Rezidiven mit Wanderung auf die Hornhaut. Mehrfach wurde exzidiert, bestrahlt und keratoplastisch versorgt. Der Patient verstarb im Alter von 49 Jahren an Hirnmetastasen, bei der Obduktion fanden sich zahlreiche weitere Organmetastasen.
