Ciclosporin in Autoimmune Diseases

Abstract

The investigation which we are conducting in Hanover and Würzburg is a double-blind randomised stratified parallel group study comparing the effect of continuous CyA treatment with that of azathioprine treatment in patients with multiple sclerosis (ms). The primary object of this study is the progression of the disease, defined as the increase of clinical pathoneurological findings over a 2-year period.
