Zusammenfassung
Die in unserem Sprachraum übliche sinnvolle Ausweitung des Be- griffes “Balanced anaesthesia” zur pharmakotherapeutischen Prinzipumschreibung der modernen Anasthesietechnik als kon- trollierte, kombinierte Allgemeinanasthesie findet in den The- men dieses Bandes ihren Niederschlag. Damit erfährt die mir zugeteilte übersicht “Antagonisierung” eine erhebliche Zunahme des Umfangs, die fur die meisten Bereiche nur summarisch behan- delt werden kann. Es geht einerseits um die spezifischen Blocker- substanzen an den Pharmakorezeptoren fur körpereigene, membran- wirksame Transmitter (Sympathikus-, Parasympathikus-, Ganglien-, Histamin-, Kalziumblocker). Die Details können hier nicht be- riicksichtigt werden, auf die Literatur jiingster Entwicklungen sei verwiesen (5). Andererseits sind Antagonisten der spezifischen Wirkung körperfremder Substanzen fur die Anasthesiologie von zunehmender Bedeutung, seitdem qualifizierte kinetische Studien im letzten Jahrzehnt die differenzierten Kenntnisse der Membranwirkungen enorm erweitert haben.
