Zusammenfassung

Ausgangspunkt für die Rezeptoranalytik beim Prostatakarzinom ist die seit 1941 bekannte Hormonabhängigkeit (Huggins und Hodges). So sind zum Zeitpunkt der Diagnosestellung bis zu 80% aller Prostatakarzinome hormonell beeinflußbar (Scott et al. 1980).
