Zusammenfassung

Die große Bedeutung der Gerinnungsveränderungen für die Beurteilung, Diagnose and Prognose der Lebererkrankungen ist seit langem anerkannt. Deutsch (1965) hat darauf hingewiesen, daß man bei 85% der Leberkranken mindestens einen von der Norm abweichenden Gerinnungstest findet. Dies wurde von Aoiki et al. (1977) mit 90% bestätigt.
