Zusammenfassung

Die akute Überempfindlichkeit ist das Kennzeichen jeder allergischen Reaktion. Sie kommt zustande, wenn der Kontakt mit einem bestimmten Antigen die Bildung von Antikörpern ausgelöst hat, die sich an die Fc-Rezeptoren von Mastzellen oder basophilen Leukozyten binden. Erneuter Kontakt mit demselben Antigen führt dann zum „bridging“, d.h. zu einer Vernetzung benachbarter Antikörpermoleküle auf der Zelloberfläche über ihre antigenbindenden Anteile. Durch die Antigen-An-tikörperreaktion entsteht ein Signal am Fc-Rezeptor, das über eine Kette biochemischer Ereignisse, über die zu reden sein wird, zur Freisetzung sog. Mediatoren aus den Granula der Mastzellen und der basophilen Leukozyten führt.
