Zusammenfassung

Klinisches Erscheinungsbild und Krankheitsverlauf bei Patienten mit lymphatischen Systemerkrankungen weisen eindringlich auf Störungen der Immunantwort hin, die nicht selten auch von großer Bedeutung für die Prognose der Erkrankung sind. Die Definition und Charakterisierung dieser Immundefekte ist seit langem Gegenstand intensiver Forschung der Hämatologie und klinischen Immunologie.
