The introduction of computer-based information systems supporting health care activities has had in mind, as in any other type of information system application, to provide user satisfaction when delivering the required information for decision making; thus, information systems have to provide not only the information considered relevant for those activities but also cost effective programs and administrative procedures, rapid access time response, etc.
