Zusammenfassung
Hier sollen unsere Erfahrungen mit Aluminiumoxidkeramikimplantaten dargestellt werden, die wir vor 5 Jahren in die rekonstruktive Mittelohr- und Rhinobasischirurgie einführten. Außerdem soll die Eignung poröser Trikalziumphosphatkeramik (Friedrichsfeld GmbH, 6800 Mannheim 71) besprochen werden, die wir seit über 4 Jahren einsetzen. Anwendungsgebiete und Indikationen der Aluminiumoxidkeramik sind der Gehörknöchelchenersatz und die Rekonstruktion der Rhinobasis und der Orbita, während wir poröse Trikalziumphosphatkeramik zur Obliteration von „Ohrradikalhöhlen“ und von Nasennebenhöhlen in ausgewählten Fällen verwenden.
