Abstract

The effects of rodenticides (Warfarin and Chlorphacinon) in combination with humic acids on prothrombin complex synthesis was studied by repeated oral administration to 50 day old Wistar rats.

The inhibition of prothrombin complex synthesis as a result of interference with the action of vitamin K was retarded and the acute toxicity was reduced.
