Abstract
Testing of a large panel of anti-class II monoclonal antibodies (MoAb) with the lymphoid cell lines FS, L-KT9, L-KT13, THO, and WALK carrying serologically indistinguishable DR4 allospecificities but different cellularly defined HLA-D allospecificities showed that the anti-HLA-DR MoAb Q2/80 displayed differential reactivity with the cell lines (Table 1).
