Abstract
The analysis of the serological data of the workshop represents a major team effort involving interaction between biomathematicians (Baur, Deppe, Sierp, Sigmund) and serologists (the remaining authors). The final data as found in this volume are the result of an iterative input of work by the two groups in many successive cycles.
