Kurzfassung
Die NaOH Auflösung ist ein typisches Endpunktproblem. In diesem Paper wird zuerst das mathematische Modell der Exothermen Reaktion in dem Chargenreaktor mit einigen Nichtlinearitäten und das mathematische Modell des Kühlsystems gegeben. Mit diesem Modell werden die optimalen Zeitverläufe der Temperatur und Konzentration ermittelt, wobei ein Optimierungspaket und die Annäherung des Eingangsignals mit einem Tschebyschewpolynom verwendet wurden.Die optimalen Verläufe werden als entsprechende Sollwertgrössen verwendet und ein PID Regler wurde mit der Stützung desselben Pakets entworfen.
