Abstract

Gated radionuclide ventriculography is a rapid, safe, noninvasive and easily reproducible procedure for measuring the left ventricular performance and the hemodynamic effects of therapy in patients with coronary artery disease. Using this radionuclide method, we evaluated short-term changes in left ventricular performance after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).
