Zusammenfassung

Die häufigsten malignen Tumoren, insbesondere jene des Gastrointestinaltrakts, weisen auch heute noch eine geringe Empfindlichkeit gegenüber systemischer Chemotherapie auf. Deshalb wurde bereits seit den 50er Jahren versucht, durch örtliche Anwendung eine bessere Wirksamkeit zu erzielen, wenn eine chirurgische und/oder Strahlentherapie unmöglich ist.
