Zusammenfassung

Im Zuge der Bemühungen um Prävention und Rehabilitation des Myokardinfarkts wurde speziell in den letzten 2 Jahrzehnten hinsichtlich soziologischer, epidemiologischer, psychosozialer und psychophysiologischer Faktoren in der Entwicklung und im Verlauf der koronaren Herzerkrankung eine Vielzahl von Untersuchungsergebnissen zusammengetragen. Deren Berücksichtigung in der Betreuung ist gerade während der Phase vitaler Bedrohung bedeutsam, weil, wie von Hahn (1971) herausgestellt, die Vorprägungen während dieser Phase in der Folgezeit die Einstellungen zu den späteren therapeutischen Maßnahmen bestimmen.
