Zusammenfassung
Die Spätschäden veralteter Kapselbandverletzungen des Kniegelenks bestehen, durch Ausfall der passiven Kniestabilisatoren, in chronischer Instabilität des Gelenks. Objektiv resultieren daraus Knorpelschäden, Synovitis und Gelenkschwellung, subjektiv verspüren die Patienten Schmerz und Unsicherheit bei Belastung.
