Zusammenfassung

Veränderungen mehrerer Parameter, v. a. der zellulären Immunität, im Anschluß an Narkose und Operation wurden bereits mehrfach beschrieben [3]. So kann u. a. eine postoperative Hemmung der Transformation menschlicher Lymphozyten nach Stimulation durch unspezifische Mitogene oder Alloantigene beobachtet werden [7].
