Zusammenfassung
Der periphere Gefäßwiderstand nimmt unter der Narkose mit Halothan oder Enfluran ab. Hierbei können zentralnervöse Einflüsse [11], eine nervale und hormonelle Regulation [14, 15] und direkt am Gefäßmuskel angreifende Wirkungen [1, 3, 8, 12] eine Rolle spielen. Der Stellenwert der direkten Wirkungskomponente ist unklar und beim Menschen in vivo kaum abzuschätzen. Ferner könnten Unterschiede in Qualität und Quantität des glattmuskulären Angriffs von Halothan und Enfluran bestehen. Die direkte Wirkung von Halothan und Enfluran auf den Basaltonus und die noradrenalininduzierte Kontraktion menschlicher Mesenterialarterien wurde deshalb in vitro untersucht.
