Zusammenfassung

Beim Studium der A. vertebralis, kommen hinsichtlich der Otoneurologie und der Schwindeldiagnostik zwei ätiologische Fragen in Betracht: 1. ob eine vaskuläre Insuffizienz die Ursache sein kann, und 2. inwieweit eine zervikale Genese für den Schwindel nachweisbar ist.
