Zusammenfassung

Rechnergestützte Informationssysteme sollen Anwenderprobleme lösen. Sie werden selbst im Laufe eines Problemlösungsprozesses entwickelt. Aus Fehlern bei diesem Prozeß entstehen für alle Phasen des Informationssystem - Einsatzes Folgeprobleme und Folgekosten. Ca. 7o% der Fehler, die man erst in der Test- und Wartungsphase findet, warden bei heutigen Softwaresystemen den frühen Phasen der Software-Entwicklung, d. h. Anforderungsspezifikation, Entwurf und Entwurfsinspektion, zugeschrieben. Information Systems Engineering mit IBIS soil diese Situation wesentlich verbessern. Es wird ein Ansatz vorgestellt, der sich am Beispiel der Anforderungsdefinition und -analyse mit einem zielgerichteten, regelgesteuerten, rechnergestützten Vorgehen bei der Problemlösung befaßt.
