Human B Cell Function in 20 μl Hanging-Drop Microcultures Under Serum-Free Conditions
The function of human B cells in vitro has been studied by measuring the production of immunoglobulin in response to Pokeweed mitogen and the production of IgG specific antibody to tetanus toxoid in vaccinated donors.
