Abstract
Our ideas regarding the management of rhinobasal fractures are based on an intensive interdisciplinary discussion of several special cases for more than ten years. The interdisciplinary diagnosis of frontobasal injuries should include a possible lesion of the endocranium, the rhinobasis (Wullstein) and the paranasal sinuses, the facial skeleton, and the orbit.
