Zusammenfassung
Die bisher in der Literatur beschriebenen Vergleichsstudien wurden überwiegend mit Sektor- oder Compoundscannern und meist bei Frühgeborenen vorgenommen, selten mit Parallelscannern [1–4]. Wir sonographierten mit einem transportablen real-time Parallelscanner ohne Wasservorlaufstrecke. Bis August 1982 stand meist nur ein 3,5 MHz-Kopf zur Verfügung, seither zusätzlich ein 5 MHz-Kopf. Die kraniale Computertomographie erfolgte mit 6–8 axialen Schichten, fast alle Kinder mußten dafür sediert werden.
