Zusammenfassung
Die intrakranielle Blutung ist ein wesentliches neurologisches Problem während der Neugeborenenperiode [27, 28], insbesondere bei sehr unreifen Frühgeborenen [3]. Vor der Verfügbarkeit der Computertomographie beruhte das Wissen um die Häuflgkeit dieser Komplikation auf klinischen Daten und Sektionsbefunden. So- wohl bei überlebenden als auch bei verstorbenen Frühgeborenen wurde eine hohe Frequenz für die intraventrikuläre Blutung gefunden [5,18]. Das Computertomogramm gibt Information über die Lokalisation und Auspragung einer intraventriklären Blutung und kann sie von der Subarachnoidalblutung unterscheiden [12]. Seit kurzem kann ein großer Teil dieser Information auch mit Hilfe der zweidimensio- nalen Echoenzephalographie gewonnen werden. In den vergangenen Jahren wurden viele Arbeiten iiber die intrakranielle Blutung beim Früh- und Neugeborenen und ihre Diagnose mit Hilfe des CT [1, 5,11,12,14,18] und der Sonographie [3,23] veroffentlicht. Dagegen gibt es relativ wenige Angaben über EEG-Befunde und ihre Bedeutung bei Neugeborenen mit intrakranieller Blutung [6,10,19,21,31] und über den Zusammenhang zwischen EEG und CT-Befunden [20,29,30]. Die vorliegende Studie wurde angefertigt, um EEG-Befunde mit klinischen Daten und CT- Befunden zu vergleichen.
