Zusammenfassung
Die Roux-Y-Anastomose wird bei primärer distaler Magenresektion wegen Ulkus oder Karzinom äußerst selten ausgeführt, häufiger bei totaler Magenresektion zur Rekonstruktion des Passageweges, auch bei Wiederholungseingriffen am Magen sowie als Enteroanastomose bei palliativen biliodigestiven Anastomosen.
