Zusammenfassung
Selektiv-gastrale Vagotomie (SGV; Synonym: selektiv-totale gastrale Vagotomie, STV) heißt totale parasympathische Denervierung des Magens bei intakter extragastraler Innervation von Leber, Gallengängen, Pankreas, Dünndarm, rechtem Kolon etc. Ebenso wie die trunkuläre Vagotomie verändert die SGV die Motilität des Magens. Daher muß die SGV grundsätzlich mit einem Drainageverfahren (Pyloroplastik, Gastroduodenostomie oder Gastrojejunostomie) kombiniert werden (s. S. 35, 50, 230).
