Zusammenfassung

Die verschiedenen Formen der Vagotomie verändern das Gleichgewicht der Plasmaspiegel einiger gastrointestinaler Hormone. TAYLOR et al. (1) konnten zeigen, daß es nach trunkulärer Vagotomie (TV) zu einem signifikanten Abfall der postprandialen PP- Plasmaspiegel kommt. Es konnte bisher jedoch nicht gezeigt werden, welchen Einfluß die selektiv gastrale (SGV) und die selektiv proximale Vagotomie (SPV) auf die nahrungsstimulierten PP-Plasmakonzentrationen beim Hund ausüben. Des weiteren ist die postprandiale Freisetzung von CCK nach SPV beim Menschen noch nicht untersucht worden.
