Wechselkurssysteme für Entwicklungsländer: Optionen und Probleme

Zusammenfassung

Das währungspolitische Geschehen in den 70er Jahren war von dramatischen Umwälzungen gekennzeichnet, deren Folgewirkungen auch für die (sog.) Entwicklungsländer deutlich spürbar wurden und von ihnen währungspolitische Entscheidungen verlangten, die ihnen in den zwei Jahrzehnten davor (weitgehend) erspart geblieben waren. Dieser währungspolitische Entscheidungsprozeß ist in vielen Entwicklungsländern noch nicht abgeschlossen. Die währungspolitischen Entscheidungen der Industrieländer und die (marktmäßige) Entwicklung der Wechselkurse der Währungen wichtiger Welthandelsländer sind für die Optionen der Entwicklungsländer von ausschlaggebender Bedeutung.
