Zusammenfassung
Unter den intra- und postoperativ zu beobachtenden Zwischenfällen nehmen auch im femoropoplitealen Abschnitt die Blutung, der Reverschluß und der Infekt wegen ihrer meist schwerwiegenden Konsequenzen eine zentrale Stellung ein. Daneben kommt der Läsion von Nachbarstrukturen in enger topographischer Beziehung zu der zu rekonstruierenden Arterie eine gewisse Bedeutung zu.
