Abstract
Digital transvenous angiography is at present finding increasing clinical application (Seyferth et al. 1982; Stieghorst et al. 1981; Weinstein et al. 1981). The undisputed advantage for the patient, compared to conventional angiography and allowing for the same risks, is the pre- and postoperative morphological clarification of vascular findings without trauma to the pathologically affected section of the artery from the catheter.
