Abstract

We have found a number of novel inhibitors of protein synthesis by eukaryotic cells in a screening program including axenomycin B, A201A, bouvardin, cyclopiazonic acid, grandilactones A and B, holacanthone, and 6,6′-dihydroxy-thionuphlutine (Table 1)
