Zusammenfassung
Die analgetische Wirkung des Lachgases und des TES ist wohl bekannt. Die elektrische Nervenstimulation, die entweder transkutan oder mittels der Akupunkturnadeln appliziert wird, hat bereits in der Kombination mit der Lachgas-Sauerstoff-Inhalation (LSI) den Eingang in die klinische Anaesthesiologie gefunden (Doenicke et al., 1976; Abdulla et al., 1979). Das Lachgas verringert beträchtlich die MAK (minimale alveoläre Konzentration) der Inhalationsanaesthetika (Marshall und Wollman, 1980) und die Dosis der intravenösen Anaesthetika. Es wurde bisher jedoch nicht geprüft, ob das Lachgas einen potentiellen, additiven oder hemmenden Effekt auf die TES ausübt.
