Zusammenfassung
Die meisten Schritte zur Vorbereitung eines Patienten auf eine Herzoperation sind selbstverständlich und standardisiert, gleich, welche Operation geplant ist oder in welchem Krankheitsstadium sich der Patient befindet. Die präoperative Medikation weist allerdings einige Besonderheiten auf, die sorgfältiger Beachtung bedürfen und daher in diesem Kapitel neben der routinemäßigen Operationsvorbereitung behandelt werden.
