Abstract
Previous research [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10] has indicated that
-
early administration of high doses of dexamethasone reduces mortality [8] and has a favorable influence on the quality of survival of severely head injured patients;
-
among other things, however, a larger number of stabilized unconsciously patients resulted.
