Abstract
The anatomical landmarks are osseous and dural reference points: the free edges of the tentorium, the venous sinuses, petrous bones, and the fourth ventricle. The upper surface of the cerebellum conforms to the shape and slope of the tentorium which is steep in midline, and almost horizontal in its most lateral extent (Figs. 130–132).
