Zusammenfassung

Die Gruppe dieser Substanzen bewirkt vorwiegend eine Hemmung der Säure- und/oder Pepsinsekretion. Die häufig gleichzeitig zu beobachtende Sekretionshemmung vom Intrinsicfaktor gilt als eine unerwünschte Nebenwirkung.
