Zusammenfassung
Die nervale Versorgung der Harnblase ist seit langem bekannt (9). Die Kontraktion des Detrusors wird über den Parasympathikus vermittelt. In diesen Funktionsablauf greifen α- und β-sympathische Fasern, die hauptsächlich im Bereich des Trigonum vesicae und der proximalen Harnröhre lokalisiert sind, modulierend ein. Ihnen wird eine Rolle bei der Erschlaffung des Blasenhalses zu Beginn der Miktion zugeschrieben. Die minutiösen Funktionsabläufe von Blasenfüllung und Miktion werden allerdings durch diese beiden Nervensysteme nur ausreichend erklärt.
